I enjoyed my time there and felt safe as a solo traveller. No problems with shared bathroom. Cleaner was lovely and welcoming. A great base and I would recommend. Thank you Adam

Wir haben gut 10 Tage in der Wohnung verbracht, welche wir dank guten Anweisungen einfach gefunden haben. Dadurch, dass man die Türen selbstständig mit dem Handy aufmachen kann, war ein flexibles Check-In möglich. Die Wohnung an sich ist mit den Fotos gut repräsentiert. Die Küche und das Bad wird geteilt und deren Sauberkeit hängt vor allem mit den anderen Bewohnern zusammen, wir hatten da im grossen und ganzen Glück. Auch die Waschmaschine im Keller funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei Fragen und Problem war Adam immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut und das Bett entspricht leider keinem Hotel-Komfort. (für Leichtschläfer eventuell etwas problematisch) Wir danken für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Great Airbnb, totally recommend it to anyone traveling to NYC. The location is perfect for any type of activity in Manhattan and within short walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they also provide basics like towels, shampoo, and soap. Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. 10/10 experience :)

The space was in a wonderful location! Within walking distance to so much NYC fun and close to the trains to travel to other parts of the city! The room was clean and comfy! Such cute decor! Loved that there was a convenient store right downstairs as well! I’d stay again for sure!

I enjoyed staying at this place. Nice place close to Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, and other great activities. If you are in NY for short trips, you can consider staying at this place. Adam was responsive to my inquiries with clear instructions and answers. While you'd have to share bathroom with the other guests, it's kept clean and well-maintained. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the whole experience staying at this place.

Adam was a great host—very quick to respond and consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. He sent clear instructions for both check-in and check-out, which made the process easy. He also provided a short list of simple, fair house rules that were easy to follow. The space itself was small but perfect for 1–2 people and totally worth it for the price. Everything was clean, cute, and comfortable. It’s a great little spot for anyone looking for an affordable, cozy stay with zero hassle. Adam clearly cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make sure you’re comfortable. Overall, a cozy stay with a thoughtful and attentive host. Would definitely book again for a short trip.

★★★★★ We had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and very well located — just steps from Times Square. The Hells Kitchen neighborhood was a highlight: vibrant, queer-friendly, full of great bars, and it felt safe at all hours. We had a small issue during our stay, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed by the next day. Highly recommend!

Mario’s place is so so nice! It’s very high tech and in a great location! The only thing I didn’t know prior to booking is that the bedroom has no door separating it from the hallway to the living room/kitchen area. Not a big deal at all! Just wanted to mention it! He was very kind and responsive and I loveeed the view!!

This was my first time in New York for a very quick stop (not vacation) and Michelle was extremely helpful with subway routes, answering questions, etc. It was also my first time only booking a room with a shared bathroom situation. My room was clean, cool as soon as I walked in - which I was so thankful for, and the bedding and sheets were very soft and comfortable. My room window was closest to the street & there were some loud people at night, but it didn’t bother me & I was still able to go to sleep. The price point was a big factor for my stay & budget. I would absolutely book again.
