What an incredible host. From booking to checkout, Adam was extremely responsive and always willing to help in any way possible. His place is perfect for any trip to the Big Apple. I loved it so much I extended for a few days and Adam made me feel so welcomed!! I would personally give the place 10 stars!! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing stay at American Dream Guest House! The space was incredibly cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great retreat. 5 stars! Tuve una estancia increíble en American Dream Guest House! El espacio era increíblemente acogedor, limpio y se sentía como un hogar lejos de casa. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y atentos. It was a very nice place and close to everything in the heart of Manhattan. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean and easy to get to.

If you know Manhattan, you’ll know how amazing of a B&B this place is. The location is amazing; it is two blocks away from the times square, on the restaurant street. For Manhattan, this place is spatious, clean, and safe.

My stay was impeccable; the place is exactly as shown in the photos. If you don’t mind sharing the bathroom and kitchen (I was lucky to have very clean roommates), it’s a great place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby, and the subway station is about four blocks away, which is very important for getting around New York. Adrian was always available to answer my questions before check-in, and once I arrived I didn’t need to contact him at all because everything was exactly as described. If I come back to NYC, I would definitely rent it again.

Sin duda volvería a elegir el apartamento de Mario, está muy bien ubicado y todo funciona perfectamente es súper completo.. espero con ansias volver el próximo año y poder quedarme en tu apartamento Mario.. fue muy flexible el horario de check out pudimos dejar las maletas unas horas más, muchas gracias por todo

Ryan's place is great - location is very central and convenient, the room/amenities are immaculate and comfortable, and he's a great communicator. Was *not* a problem, just an FYI--need to climb stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Ubicación y calidad - precio. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Calefacción adecuada. Buen colchón y buena iluminación. Las indicaciones de check-in fueron súper fáciles. Súper recomiendo para pocas noches. Faltaba shampoo y/o jabón en los dispensadores de la ducha, pero había en bote dependiendo el baño. Recomiendo también que avisen con anterioridad a la reserva que la entrada es por escaleras para que la gente con discapacidad motora lo tenga en cuenta aunque no sean muchas escaleras. La verdad es una excelente opción si viajas solx o en pareja.

Adam es muy buen anfitrión, el barrio es cercano a muchos sitios de interés y super tranquilo para caminar de noche. Yo fui a un congreso de Jazz y regresaba tarde luego de cada Concierto y las calles son tranquilas, hay bares y gente en la calle. Muy recomendable! Yo regresaría!

I LOVED that this place is on the ground floor and the bathroom has a bidet…best thing ever! Great location with lots of food options. Everything is walkable, Huge TV in the room if you feel like staying in for the day or just chill out in the room at night.
